Cambridge ICFE is accredited by the Office of Qualification and Examinations Regulator (OfQual) – the body in the UK that ensures awarding organisations who offer and deliver qualifications have good systems in place and that they are held to account for their performance. Accredited qualifications can only be offered by awarding bodies that OfQual recognise. Cambridge ICFE is listed on the UK’s National Database of Accredited Qualifications (NDAQ)

UK Borders and Immigration Agency

Cambridge ICFE is accepted by the UK Border Agency and can be used as proof of English language ability at the following levels of the Points Based System (PBS): Tier 1 – Highly skilled workers, investors, entrepreneurs or post-study workers. Applicants must prove that they have English language abilities at CEFR level C1 or above and a Cambridge ICFE pass at C1 level is recognised as meeting the requirement. Tier 2 – Sponsored skilled workers with a job offer. Applicants must prove that they have English language abilities at CEFR level A1 or above and Cambridge ICFE fulfils this requirement.
